Network Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join its existing team based in Harrow. Our Harrow Branch is a well-established and expanding domiciliary care agency that provides home carers to clients, helping them to continue living safely and independently in their own homes. This opening for a Care Coordinator represents an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a growing and dynamic company and to help steer the branch to further growth.
Candidates must have experience of working in the Domiciliary Care services and it would be beneficial to have previously worked in a Care Coordinator role however we will consider candidates who have a strong background of working in the care and a good understanding of the care industry as a whole. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users in an appropriate manner
Producing care workers' rotas and managing the roster software
Ensuring that service user and care worker files are compliant
Using electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers' attendance and timeliness for visits
Arranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor
Producing the care worker payroll weekly
Liaising with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
Recruiting care workers
Ensuring that our service complies with CQC requirements
Ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
The role of Care Coordinator is a key role in the company that will require the post holder to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients.
