We are recruiting an experienced Care Co-ordinator / Team Leader for a family run care company based in Cheltenham. With a successful reputation, they are currently working towards an "Outstanding" CQC rating by providing excellent standards.

The successful applicant will be a like-minded individual committed to going the extra mile by giving each task their all and upholding already established standards.

Key responsibilities:
*Producing rotas and covering care visits
*Keeping accurate records of sickness and holidays
*Assist the HR manager with the recruitment process
*Assist with monitoring the quality of the care provision delivered
*Complete care visits in line with business needs
*Take part in the on-call rota (paid)

The successful person will need:
*A flexible attitude
*Experience in domiciliary care
*Excellent customer service skills
*A caring nature and person centred approach
*NVQ/QCF level 3 in health and social care (adult pathway)
*Valid UK driving license and use of own vehicle

Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (mostly office based) with evening/weekend cover on a rota basis.
Salary is D.O.E but in the region of £20k per annum.
