Carewatch is now looking to recruit an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join our busy team in Gainsborough, working from our Lincoln office. Office hours Monday to Friday, plus rostered on-call duties (inlcuded in higher salary bracket).
The Coordinator is responsible for preparing weekly rotas and ad-hoc changes to existing rotas, and ensuring our customers receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
You will be liaising closely with the Registered Manager / Quality Officer in planning and organising supervisions and shadowing alongside arranging care reviews and risk assessments for Service Users and Quality Officers. You will be required to support and liaise with the recruitment team to ensure that they aware of staffing requirements and on some occasion conduct face to face interviews. You will also liaise with Service Users and other professionals, and participating in the out-of-hours on call service, so you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered. You should ideally have a good understanding of the Domiciliary Care sector and suitable co-ordinator experience, with skills in rostering, IT, administration and customer service.
