A well invested care provider based in Coventry have an amazing oppurtunity for an experienced Care Co-ordinator, specialising in domiciliary care.

The company

A well established domiciliary care provider offering care and support services to a range of service users within the community. This West Midlands based service aims to provide 24/7 support to assist individuals in their own homes.

Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator role

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the care service
  • Communicating well with stakeholders, building positive working relationships
  • Effectively scheduling jobs
  • Supporting the Registered Manager by helping achieve a quality service
  • Preparing documents for both employees and service users
  • Participation in the on-call rota
  • Assisting payroll and finance

Skills and Experience

  • Full driving licence
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in the care industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Domiciliary Care, ideally in a similar role
  • Administrative experience

Salary and Job specifics

  • Salary negotiable & dependant on experience
  • Full driving licence is essential
  • Generous bonus scheme
  • Participation of 24 hour on-call responsibilities
