Purpose of the role:
To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards. To ensure Residents retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Home / Unit.
Your role in the Balhousie team:

As a Care Assistant, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our residents in a person-centred manner; promoting their dignity, independence and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
No experience is necessary as you will be fully trained. However, whilst we can teach you most things, we cannot teach you kindness or compassion, and so these are the essential requirements for this role. Our Care Assistants are dedicated, and genuinely want to do their best to enhance the quality of life for the people for whom they care.
