If you are a great carer wanting flexible working come and work with us at Helpd:
Are you fed up with care agencies that do not recognise your wealth of knowledge and experience as a carer worker? Are you frustrated by being paid the same as a colleague that has been in the care industry for 5 minutes whilst you have built up years’ worth of knowledge, experience and qualifications as a health care assistant? If so, please apply to be a care assistant with us. We are different from other agencies because you will be self- employed, decide how much you get paid, when you work and who you work for. At Helpd we believe that carers are as important as clients and that we do our best work when we are treated with respect and feel happy and appreciated.
At Helpd you will:
-Choose your own rate of pay and you keep the vast majority of what the client pays. No membership fee.
-Choose your own hours whether part time, flexible or full time and sign up for work directly with our clients to ensure you are both happy with the arrangement.
-Traditional domiciliary care can be pretty daunting. You may be sent to clients that you don’t know and places that you may never even have heard of. With Helpd, you choose who you work for. You communicate with your client prior to going to the job therefore you can discuss exactly where it is, how to get there and what things need to be done.
-Work in your local area.
-We operate a referral scheme. If you can introduce other great carers like yourself, we will reward you. £50 in cash each time you refer a carer to us who successfully takes on 50 hours work or more.
-Being self employed means you can get great tax breaks. Offset equipment, phone, travel, employment of a partner and other costs against what you earn before tax.
-Access our client database. We are constantly marketing our services so you don’t have to search for work, we do that for you.
-Contact us now for a chat about the benefits of being part of Helpd or send us your CV.
-Fill in our simple application form online and we will get right back to you.
