We are a Recruitment Care Agency with our offices based in Bournemouth Dorset,We are currently in desperate need of Care Assistants to come join our fast growing family of compassionate carers. We are caring,and very supportive to our staff we recruit and promise to offer you comprehensive training and guidance to ensure you offer the highest standards of care to our clients in and around Dorset.

Roles &Responsibilities:

1)To Ensure the good name of the Agency and behave in a professional manner while on duty.

2)To Perform duties as may be reasonably required by the clients and as assigned by the person in charge of the shift

3)To adhere to the Policies and Procedures of the Agency Assist service users with personal care, Including getting up/going to bed,washing,bathing,dressing,undressing and toileting.

4)Promoting independence and Diversity in the lives of service users in accordance with the service user care plan.

5)To help care for service users who are dying.

6)To help the promotion of mental and physical activity of service users through talking to them interacting with them.

7)To do light cleaning jobs such as tidying rooms,changing beds,Laundry and empty commodes.

8)Serving meals,feed service users who need assistance wash up, tidy dry-cleaned dinning area.

9)Read and write Reports, and take part in staff meetings.

10)To inform the Agency if you are unable to attend an assignment.

11)To ensure you correctly complete your time sheet get it signed by the duty manager and email it to the office no later than 11:00am every Monday.

Training And Development:

It is a requirement of this post that you commence the diploma in health and social care (Adult) Level 2 within 6 months

You will be required to attend training as and when required to update your skills and knowledge.
