We're currently seeking an experienced Care Assistant (HCA) to join the Newcross team in Luton and the local surrounding towns and make a positive impact on the lives of local people.The Position
Working as a Newcross Care Assistant means you will be involved in ensuring each resident receives the highest quality of person-centred care, you must be confident in your ability to provide life-enhancing care that protects the dignity of the client and is in line with their personalised care plan.
Personal care could include: dressing, washing, toileting and enabling service users to live their daily lives as they choose. You will play an essential role in enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives, engaging in their favourite activities and interacting with their families, visitors and other residents.
You'll have a natural compassionate approach to providing individual care with dignity and professionalism. Great care makes a difference every day to the wellbeing of our service users, and we need genuinely caring Healthcare Assistants to provide the excellent care that promotes independence and protects the dignity of our clients.
It is essential that you are dedicated to promoting the well-being and quality of life of each individual you care for. This means recognising the capabilities of each person, championing their needs and seeing them as more than a care plan.
