We have several flexible vacancies for experienced Care Assistants to work with nursing home and residential clients in Kingston-upon-Thames and the surrounding local areas through our local Woking branch.The Position
You will be providing first class care to clients in a nursing or residential home setting so experience in one of these settings is essential.
It is essential that you are dedicated to promoting the well-being and quality of life of each individual you care for. This means recognising the capabilities of each person, championing their needs and seeing them as more than a care plan. Daily tasks may include assisting with washing and dressing, meal times, personal care and assisting with activities as required.
You will have the opportunity to pick full or part time flexible work rotas, suited to you, with days, nights and weekends on offer.

You'll need to have the right to live and work in the UK with at least 3 months previous paid experience working in a care or nursing home in the last 3 years. You should have the referee contact details for a previous manager or supervisor who can comment on your clinical ability.
