We have opportunities for carers to progress their career further, by supporting adults and children with specialist clinical care, so that they can remain in their own homes and feel included within their local community. You don’t need any experience; we will deliver full training and on-going support to give you the skills to deliver this special clinical care. We are actively looking for compassionate, caring and motivated people to join our team.

You don’t need care experience to apply – you will receive our industry-leading training followed by full support as you continue your career with Allied. What you do need is a positive attitude towards care and helping others as well as the means to do a daily route covering Newbury and Thatcham, whether by bike, scooter or car.

We have a number of shifts available, ranging from 16-40 hours per week throughout Newbury and Thatcham with pay up to £17.00 per hour plus a mileage allowance of 28p per mile. We offer our carers guaranteed shifts or flexible shifts – it’s up to you!

Rates are inclusive of holiday pay and any mileage where applicable. The maximum hourly rate is the top rate a carer is paid in branch depending on the type of work and shift time.
