Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Assistant / Support Worker to join their team based in Croydon. They have full and part time positions offering:
- £10.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and shift

Hours are: 8.30am-3pm and 5pm-9pm Monday- Friday and alternative weekends.
They require at least a years’ experience working as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. A caring and compassionate nature and someone who wants to make a real difference to people’s lives are the key qualities they are looking for in their Care Assistant / Support Workers. Ideally, you will be NVQ Qualified or at least working towards.
You Must have a full driving licence with daily access to a vehicle and be available evenings and weekends, on a rotational basis.
The Care Assistant / Support Worker Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents who need help with dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and using the toilet with due regard for resident’s privacy
- Assisting service users with home management and personal care
- Helping service users with mobility
- Light housework
- Encourage service users to maintain independence and promote wellbeing
- Meal preparation

They are expanding rapidly, and are looking for caring and committed individuals to support their clients to live interesting, independent and fulfilling lives. They provide services in Croydon, Purley, Coulsdon, Shirley and surrounding areas. Full-time and part-time positions available; flexible hours, including evening and weekends. Their minimum call time is 1 hour.
