Care Advisor

Since Oxford Aunts was established in 1967 we have built an excellent reputation in providing quality 24 hour live-in care to our client's in their own homes. We are looking for a care advisor to support our established team based in Botley, Oxford.

The role:

To handle all client enquiries received to the highest standards ensuring all clients are treated with an individual approach.

Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accountable for effective client call handling
  • Develop good relationships with all client enquiries
  • Ensure accurate details are recorded on the data base
  • Ensure data base is kept up to date on a daily basis
  • Send out all follow up information in a timely manner
  • Chase client enquiries as appropriate
  • Sign post enquiries that are not suitable for Oxford Aunts
  • All admin and Sales Support activities required by Business Development manager
  • All other office admin as requested
  • Answer out of hours phone on rotation

  • Client numbers
  • Client completed performance questionnaires
  • Annual client and care worker satisfaction surveys
  • Care Quality Commission ratings


  • Weekly report on client enquiries source and conversions
  • Weekly placement record

  • Good standard of oral and written English
