Car Salesperson

Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Salesperson to join our dealership team. You'll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their car-buying journey with expert advice, empathy, and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, understanding their needs to recommend suitable vehicle options
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, features, pricing, and promotions
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals
• Handle all aspects of the sales process including finance and insurance documentation
• Collaborate with the wider sales and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driven and motivated to achieve targets
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic digital tools
