Orbit is currently recruiting for a number of roles their Property Services team.
One of these is the Capital Delivery Project Manager, which plays a pivotal role in the project management and surveying/inspection services within the capital delivery work stream. In this role, you will ensure investment programmes are delivered in a timely and professional manner, while ensuring correct planning, delivery and execution.
We are looking for a leader in their field and the ideal candidate will be fully qualified with a relevant building qualification such as HNC. You will be confident in delivering complex projects and have project management experience, including on-site supervision of major contracts, and experience of investment works with customers in their own homes.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this post as well as good knowledge of regulatory and governance standards.
You will need your own means of transport to be able to travel to meet the requirements of the role.
