CAPITAL CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR (FUNDRAISING)
Salary £75k (more for an exceptional candidate)
Additional relocation package & other benefits
Our client has been established to raise funds to provide a new centre of excellence within specialist palliative care for Norfolk. The charity’s vision and ambition is to raise £12.5m to fund a state of the art hospice, which will provide the level of care, currently unavailable, for many people in Norfolk and surrounding areas.
Working in partnership with the NHS, a 24-bed hospice offering specialist clinical care, as well as a hub from which outreach services can be co-ordinated, has been agreed as a strategic priority. Initial funding has already been secured.
With an enthusiastic, committed and well-connected Board, the Capital Campaign Director will lead and manage the campaign, with support from both the Board and Development Committee, together with a small team of experienced staff.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising funds for capital campaigns, more than £5m, with the ability to secure six and seven figure asks, together with the drive and ambition to see the project through to the end.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be involved in a ground breaking initiative that will leave a legacy for people in Norfolk and surrounding areas.
