Capital Accounting Manager
Your new company
Growing international organisation based on the outskirts of Southampton have an urgent requirement for an Interim CAPITAL ACCOUNTING / TREASURY MANAGER to assist through a period of change. This is an initial 6-9 month interim/contract role and will pay circa £250 per day or circa £50K (pro rata) FTC, with potential permanent for the right person.
Your new role
Managing a team of 4, you will be responsible for the implementation of a new cashflow forecasting tool as well as cashflow reporting process. You will manage bank account rationalisation, administration and reconciliations, including establishing new accounts. You will be responsible for SOX controls as well as period end journals, whilst continuously driving improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA,ACCA,ACA or similar) or have substantial Accounting experience and exposure to SOX.
You will be a personable team player with excellent communication skills and experience leading a team through a changing environment.
Experience working within a fast paced, developing environment is essential as well as a flexible attitude to an evolving remit.
