Candidate Resourcer/Sales Support Lead

Our Local Government team have an established reputation within the Midlands and North and have continued to grow each year, so as workload increases we are looking to expand and hire an organised, enthusiastic individual to assist with further developing our candidate relationships as well as supporting our Lead Sales Consultants in resourcing to a variety of roles and arranging all activity to help facilitate successful candidates in starting their new role.

In your role as Candidate Resourcer/Sales Support Lead you will work closely with the rest of the team but will be the first point of contact for all candidate interaction. Therefore you will need to be able to use your initiative to engage, build a rapport and problem solve to assist sales consultants with resolving any queries, as well as assess the suitability of candidates for any of the interim roles they are recruiting to.

Therefore the skills we are looking for are as follows:
*Strong communications skills; written, face to face and over the phone
*Excellent customer service experience
*Strong ability to juggle multiple project tasks at once
*Experience of working to deadlines and tracking progress against key metrics
*Excellent organisation and administrative abilities
*Good attention to detail
*Excellent work ethic

Whilst you will bring the above skill set, you will be joining a team of 4 experienced consultants who will support your learning and development with practical on desk and one to one training in conjunction with a company wide L&D programme which offers you the opportunity to join other peers stepping into a similar role .
