Under the direction of the Head of Recruitment & Compliance, the Candidate Co-ordinator will provide customer service and administrative support to the given sector. This ensures that all associates are recruited in accordance with Company Quality procedures set.
Managing vacancies advertised online
Processing the website enquiries/applicants/registrations
Assisting with creating and sending monthly mail merge emails
Having an in-depth understanding of the demand of clients/sales team
Develop a robust understanding of our AHP market and demand from clients
Building rapport and relationships with Sales, to support them in reactive and proactive capacities
An excellent communicator, you will genuinely enjoy talking to people, with the ability to persuade and influence. You will be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels over the phone. You will be determined and self motivated, possessing a positive attitude and the drive to succeed.
