What will you be doing?
Working within our permanent team you will cover a key element of the recruitment process by focusing purely on the candidate side. You will be resourcing, interviewing and matching your candidate base to the jobs your colleagues (Client Managers) are working on. Alongside this you will maintain, contact and nurture long-term successful relationships.
A crucial part of success in recruitment is being results focused and having a positive outlook at all times. We always look for these two characteristics alongside the versatility to deal with a wide range of people and different situations. Being available immediately will be a real bonus and an understanding of recruitment or HR will be a huge help.
