Our client Global Investment Bank is on the search for an experienced Campus Recruitment Manager to join their team covering Graduate Recruitment within the EMEA Region. The team is very much dedicated to the attraction and selection, hire and development of full time and summer internship candidates across the Investment Bank - Global Banking and Markets business.

Your new role
This is a very busy and high energy team, which deals with a high volume of applications and hires. Peak campus activity occurs September - March. Alongside this there is a Summer Internship Programme which runs across all business areas for 10 weeks during the summer, there are a number of other Fixed Term Placement programmes which run throughout the year. This is a high profile role with responsibility for the Investment Bank and also requires you to managing the campus recruitment team of up to 7 direct reports, reporting in to the Head of Campus Recruitment. You will be responsible for delivering world class campus recruiting solutions across these business areas.

Develop close working relationships with key business sponsors and HR partners to ensure the campus strategy is embedded in the business agenda
Work with wider campus management team to ensure consistency of process and candidate/client experience
Manage and leverage relationships with HR generalists, Learning & Development, Diversity and other internal groups as appropriate
Lead the recruitment strategy for all campus programmes
Oversee candidate management process from on-campus events through to offer and closing process in order to attract and hire the best candidates
Work closely with Campus Marketing & University Relations team to create and deliver campus strategy for the EMEA region
Participate in on-campus events and promotions

What you'll need to succeed
A solid knowledge of graduate recruitment market practices gained from experience in a similar role within Investment Banking
Previous experience of managing and developing a large team
Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
Presentation skills; strong influencing and decision facilitation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner with Employees across the Bank
Strong team and interpersonal skills; the ability to work in pressured environment while maintaining enthusiasm for the role of campus recruitment and the work involved;
Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Flexibility to travel, both UK & Europe
