Campus Operations: Administrative / Operations
We are looking for a friendly, professional-mannered and competent individual to join our academy team to provide day to day support to the running of our flagship training campus. You'll be the first point of contact for anyone coming to our campus, which could range from CEOs to graduates having their first interview. You'll be working with the Head of Academy to manage the running of the campus and will be responsible for optimising and improving the quality of the campus operations wherever you see the opportunity. This role will be hands on and we'll be looking for you to develop, stretch and hone the remit of the position as you learn.
Ideally we would like our new team member to have great organizational and customer service skills. You'll also be a fast learner and a self starter with positive energy and business savvy. You'll be responsible, active and a team player. An interest in supporting the professional development of others is a bonus.
This role is listed as part time but we are a fast-growing business and the job has scope to grow into a managerial role dependent on the individual.
We would like the individual to be available to work 25 hours per week e.g. 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday or 9am - 6pm 3 days per week for example.

An interest in the tech industry and/or graduate careers is a bonus.
