This is an opportunity with a major financial services organisation who are seeking a Campaign Strategy Manager to oversee a major segment of the product portfolio. Reporting into the Head of CRM, the role works closely with all key stakeholders across the business together with Category and Brand to ensure that the CRM programme is fully optimised and effective in delivering key revenue objectives.
The role will manage all direct to customer/prospect campaign strategies, working with campaign delivery, creative, data planning and analytics - making full use of these functions to launch and optimise direct marketing campaign strategies as part of the overarching marketing communications strategy for the business.
In terms of your background you'll need to demonstrate a strong background in CRM and Direct Marketing campaign strategy & planning, working across all media channels - in particular direct mail (the business has a heavy offline media presence). Experience working on B2C is essential, likely gained within financial services or a similar industry (utilities, etc).
