Campaign Manager

This role is part of our exciting plans for growth. In fact, it’s a key position within our marketing team that will ensure we plan and run our campaign activity in an optimum way. Working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing, the role will help to identify, budget, plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, with an emphasis on (but not exclusively using) digital marketing methods.

We’re looking for a modern marketing all-rounder, with a deep understanding of omni-channel campaigns, brand experience, as well as the importance of measurement, data and optimisation. You’ll enjoy being involved in the creative piece, but you’ll love planning, execution, and measurement more. You’ll have the commercial acumen to understand revenue and margin and the finance management skills required to run a budget. You’ll also be happy to roll up your sleeves to do tactical activity in-house with the rest of the team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning and running of the companys’ marketing campaign strategy
  • Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to align activity to strategy
  • Own the campaign delivery plan - be the PM
  • Manage a budget and be responsible for revenue or acquisition targets where appropriate
  • Conduct detailed campaign performance analysis showing trends, learnings and actionable recommendations, profitability, and ROI
  • Briefing and management of agencies and other delivery, production partners
  • Briefing other marketing team members i.e. creative, content, social and events

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in brand/marketing with strong experience in digital & social media
  • A proven ability to lead own area of responsibility while working as part of a dynamic team
  • Significant experience of briefing agencies and other delivery and production partners
  • An ability to motivate 3rd party teams and yet work independently
  • A fearless project manager with experience of planning and running multi-channel campaigns with a large digital component
  • Proficient in use of project management tools like MS Project TeamGantt, Basecamp or similar
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the principles of customer data segmentation and targeting with relevant messaging / promos /experiences
  • Familiar with a marketing approach that emphasizes tracking, testing, and on-going improvement
  • Experience of working with data and CRM to inform and optimise campaign performance
  • Understand the principles of Google Analytics
