Camera Rental Coordinator

A leading reseller of photography equipment is looking to recruit multiple Camera Rental Coordinators to join its London based team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer bookings face-to-face, by telephone and over email which will include advising them on suitable equipment for their filming.

Your duties will include preparing orders, processing returned hire equipment whilst ensuring it is clean, safe and in working order and recording and booking in for repairs when required.

As Camera Rental Coordinator, you will also be required to chase customers and repair centres for any overdue equipment and will be responsible for ensuring that the workplace is kept tidy and safe.

Training will also be provided on rental products as you will carry out general maintenance and minor repairs of stock, including sensor cleaning and PAT testing.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have knowledge of camera or lighting equipment and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills as you will be working as part of a team to build and consolidate customer relationships.
