Call Handlers / Telesales

Part time and Full Time Outgoing Call Advisors or Telesales people are wanted to join a successful exciting growing business that is located near Towcester, located in between Northampton and Milton Keynes.

Successful individuals will be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up on leads generated from warm and cold B2B leads. Through gaining a full understanding of the customers current needs the job holder will identify potential opportunities and then pass that call over to an Account or Sales Manager to follow up on the call further or arrange for a call back. All information gained from the call will be inputted onto the company’s in house CRM system for future use and information. They will build a healthy pathway for future sales opportunities and maintain effective communication with prospects. In addition to this Customer Service feedback calls will form part of the role too, recording the clients feedback accordingly and passing this onto also be actioned as well as identifying any further support the company may be able to provide at that moment or in the future again.

Knowledge, skills, experience and persona specification required in the role:

Working in an outgoing or incoming call or telesales environment isn’t required, however any experience gained previously may allow someone the ability to get up to speed quickly with the role.

Competent on Computers, Microsoft office and ability to learn use a CRM system.

Good Telephone manner with the ability to build quick rapport with individuals.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work well within a team.

Accuracy in recording call history, conversations and inputting that information into a CRM System for future information.

A true customer centric approach coupled with a drive to achieve targets, to allow the most effective and efficient approach to individual customer situations.
