We are a successful family business with a proud tradition of providing specialist support to the foodservice industry for over 30 years. We work with national and international corporate clients, supermarket groups, hotel chains, facilities management firms, government departments, local authorities, schools and colleges and independent foodservice providers.
You will be required to answer telephone calls and respond to emails from customers reporting faults, providing 1st line helpdesk service, answering enquires and questions, complaint handling, and adhering to overall service levels within the National Operation Centre, liaising with customers, engineers and office based staff.
Similarly, we would need someone to assist when needed to on managing stock, ensuring planned maintenance calls are carried out in accordance with deadlines, ensuring all machine installs are carried out as instructed, follow up and action any quote requests recommended by engineer or requested by customers.
Previous experience within a similar role is essential as a candidate who can hit the ground running is required. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of experience providing first line helpdesk to customers as well as actively reacting to customers emails as agreed within Service Level Agreements. You would have the ability to multitask and use your own initiative on prioritising own workloads, a strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail would be ideal. We need someone to work well within our team as well as having to confidence to work alone where needed.
- Educated to GCSE standard including English and Maths
- Good IT skills including Outlook, word and Excel
- Experience in a Call Centre/ Customer Services environment
- Excellent data entry/ typing
- Technical understanding (training will be given)
- Up to £17,000
- 5 hour working week
