Customer Service Advisor/Call Handler
Prime Appointments are currently recruiting call handler staff for a contact centre in Southend.

Customer Service / Call Handler duties:-
- Answering incoming calls
- Data Entry
- Taking down queries and passing to relevant division
- Order Processing
- Experience in a customer care role / strong knowledge of customer care techniques
- Previous experience in a contact centre would be desirable
- An excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Works well within a team
This role requires someone to work over weekends. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work on a shift rota basis.
Training will be 9am - 6pm Wednesday-Saturday with the shift pattern starting on Monday 22nd October.
Variety of shifts are available including days evening and weekends.
Day shifts are between the hours of 8am - 10pm
Evenings between 3pm - midnight
Nights between 10pm - 7am
Hourly rate is £8.00
