Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

An excellent opportunity to work for a market leading company within their industry. Due to continued growth of the business they are looking to recruit experienced Call Handling professionals to help sustain the increased demand in business

Duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for the customer
  • Dealing with high volume of inbound calls
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times
  • Supporting clients and users with their queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Recording all essential information accurately and relaying to the relevant department

Candidate skills and experience:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
