Call/Complaints Handler
Based in Slough
£20,000 per Annum

A large and well established social housing maintenance company are seeking to recruit a complaints handler to join their busy team carrying out the following duties:

  • Taking inbound calls from tenants in regards to maintenance and repairs issues within their domestic properties and acting as main point of contact to ensure the query is dealt with effectively
  • Maintaining good relationships with tenants and clients
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and customer care
  • Monitor customer complaints/satisfaction and resolve any potential issues
  • Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted work flow
  • Record resident satisfaction levels
  • Liaise with site staff and clients
  • General Admin duties around the office such as filing, scanning, dealing with engineers/contractors paperwork etc.

Essential requirements:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Previous experience in housing/maintenance/repairs sector
  • Planning/scheduling experience is desirable
