You will be placed on a permanent contract working between the hours of 07.45 to 20.00 Sunday to Saturday (working only 5 days out of 7) depending on the business needs and service desk cover requirements.

This is a full-time permanent role with a well known and ambitious business that are currently looking to add an experienced call handler to their busy team.

Some of the duties you will be responsible for are;

Providing initial responses to incoming internal and external calls
Fully record any issues/enquires to insure minimum standards are met
Daily administration taska
Accurately update customer databases to ensure accurate information is captured

You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills coupled with the ability to actively listen to a customers issue or enquiry.
You will be taking a very number of high calls and must be prepared to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

People who have previously been successful with this business have had customer service experience, a positive attitude and a reliable and adaptable character.
Call centre experience is essential. Most importantly, you MUST be willing and able to work in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
