We are currently seeking a Call Handler to join our growing Pensions Administrator team in Leatherhead.

- Handling inbound calls from various clients
- Assisting/Servicing members with queries relating to their pension.
- Building and developing excellent relationships with our members.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Candidates must have previous experience of working within a Contact Centre environment ideally within the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong IT proficiency
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and assertive communicator on the telephone
- Customer Centric
- Friendly with a "can do" attitude
