Call Handler

I am currently looking to recruit a call handler to start work immediately in the Newcastle area.

This is a temporary role for a Social Housing organisation on an ongoing basis, working 22.5 hours per week Monday to Wednesday.

Pay rate is £8.20 per hour

Duties will include:

  • Working within the busy repairs and maintenance team
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries from tenants
  • Analyse issues day to day
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be able to deal with tradesmen and members of the public

Requirements include:

*Must be available immediately

*Must have experience in a call handling or customer service setting

*Working in a social housing or construction background dealing with repairs is desirable
