Working for an emergency care service, we are looking for Call Handlers to provide a fast and efficient service to all users.
The Call Handlers will be based at the Doncaster site at Redhouse Interchange, there is parking available on site and accessible by public transport from Doncaster town centre.
10:30am - 7pm, 5 shifts over 7
Temporary to Permanent - IMMEDIATE START!
£8.25+ per hour
What will I be doing as a Call Handler?
* Acting as the first point of contact to all incoming calls
* Answer and respond to incoming calls
* Provide a high level of service to local and police authorities, service users and housing associations
* Updating the system with accurate call notes
As the successful Call Handler you will have a calm, empathetic approach whilst working at a fast and accurate speed.
You must have demonstrable experience of using IT systems and software to a competent level.
As a Call Handler working for this market leader in technology enabled care, you will be fully flexible in your hours of work to provide cover as per your shift pattern. The shift patterns will vary and will be confirmed on interview.
