Call Handler

We are currently recruiting for 4 inbound call handlers for a company based in Kenley within the modern open planned call centre. The positions being offered are initially for 3 months but maybe extended due to work load demands. The start dates for these are throughout January.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8-5pm with an hours lunch.

The Role:

- Taking inbound calls from customers looking to schedule or reschedule engineer visits.
- Updating customer details on inhouse Database
- Answering customer queries and providing excellent customer sevice.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous customer service experience in a call centre
- Excellent Communication skills
- Confident IT user.

Overtime is also offered for those wishing to take additional hours
