My client are a leading organisation based in the centre of Watford and they are looking for a number of Call Handlers to be part of their growing team.
You will be the first inline for all customer care and will be answering all incoming calls dealing with queries, complaints from customers.
Previous experience of working in a call centre preferred but they will also consider people that have strong face to face/retail customer service skills and are resilient and can deal with difficult customers .
Excellent IT skills essential.
