I am currently recruiting for a Call Handler to work in the Sunderland area.
This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible, until 31st May 2018.
You will be required to work 36 hours per week, on a night shift basis. Hours are 8.30pm - 7.30am, working 4 days on, 4 days off.
The pay rate is £9.90 per hour.
As a Call Handler, you will be a key point of contact for professionals and patients. You will collect and record information, identify people in need of an immediate response, direct callers to clinical colleagues for further assessment or direct callers to social care colleagues to find an intermediate care solution.
For this role it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent customer care
The ability to work under pressure
A positive caring outlook and enabling attitude
Good IT and typing skills
Have excellent written and communication skills
Enjoy a challenge and be flexible in your approach to work
Must have a flexible approach to working unsociable hours
