Do you have excellent communciation and interpersonal skills? Our client is looking to grow their Call Handling Team and are looking to rectuit 3 new members of staff to work Mon - Friday on a rolling two week rota.

As Call Handler, you will be taking calls from the public, logging and processing information and forwarding details onto multi-agencies as required. This can be a very busy and sometimes pressurised and sensitive role, so requires someone who can work well under pressure and who can work under their own initiative.

Previous call centre/customer services experience is highly desirable, however not essential.

The role will be on a two week rolling rota:

Week 1: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Week 2: 12:00pm - 21:00pm

Due to the location of the offices candidates will be required to drive.
