Our client, a National Charity is looking for a number of Call Handlers to work in their Surrey based offices.
- Recording information from the public via telephone or email.
- Referring details to multi-agencies when required.
- Inputting data onto the database.
This is a very varied and often fast paced role and requires someone who has excellent communication and problem solving skills.
There are a variety of positions available for this role.
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Alternate Weekends (12:00pm - 21:00pm - £83.60 per day)
Night shift (minimum of one 10 hour shift a week - 21:00pm - 07:00am - £94.05per day)
