Do you have excellent communciation and interpersonal skills? Our client is looking to grow their Call Handling Team and is looking to recruit someone to work on a four day on, four day off shift pattern.
As Call Handler, you will be taking calls from the public, logging and processing information and forwarding details onto multi-agencies as required. This can be a very busy and sometimes pressurised and sensitive role, so requires someone who can work well under pressure and who can work under their own initiative.
Previous call centre/customer services experience is highly desirable, however not essential.
24/7 call agents work a four on, four off shift pattern. This is the following repeating shift times:
07:00 - 19:00 (12 hr shifts, 1.25 hour break, 10.75hours paid)
08:00 - 20:00 (As above)
14:00 - 00:00 (10 hr shifts, 1 hour break, 9 hours paid)
21:00 - 07:00 (As above)
Due to the location of the offices candidates will be required to drive.
