Working within an inbound customer service environment you will be managing a team of between 12-15. You will support your team through ongoing training and keep track of agents' performance. This is not a KPI heavy boiler room environment, agents are trained to ensure they're always providing the best customer experience.
Location - Amesbury; Commutable from Andover, Salisbury, Winchester (Free parking and on the bus route)
Salary - £24,000 basic, + Benefits.
You will thrive in this role if you have previous management experience in a customer service environment. You must be approachable as a manager and pride yourself on building a great working culture where your team can grow and succeed.
Monday - Friday, 37.5 Hours a week Shifts Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm - There will be some Saturday work required on a rota basis.
