Call Centre Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join our clients busy team in Moulton Park, Northampton.

You role as a team leader is to efficiently supervise the day to day operation of the contact centre team. Ensuring adherence to company vision and values as well as procedures and performance indicators of the department.

As a team leader you will complete/undertake the following duties:

Manage a small team of advisors
Closely monitor employees performance, attendance and punctuality
Complete 121 reviews
Run reports on performance activity
Provide satisfactory solutions to escalated customer queries
Partake in planning and implementation of staffing requirements
To assist with coaching/training of contact centre agents

You will have:

2 years minimum contact centre experience
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Experience managing tight deadlines
Experience managing SLA's and KPI's
