I am currently working alongside a well established client who is looking for 4 call centre team leaders to direct, lead, develop and manage the call centre advisors.

The role will include:

  • Acting as an escalation point
  • Monitoring targets, service volume and SLA's
  • Coach and support customer service advisors
  • Conduct team briefings, operational meetings and feedback sessions
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting service delivery

The right candidate for this role:

  • Experience of managing a team of 15 or more
  • Call Centre experience is essential
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previously handled disciplinary issues
  • Be able to motivate staff

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
