The company: One of the original PPI claims / financial claims businesses in Manchester, founded in 2008. Large call centre with 80 Sales Advisors, 60 Customer Service Advisors and 150back office administrators / claims processors. Specialise in PPI Claims, Packaged Bank Account Claims - PBA, Mis-sold Pensions and Investments. The focus of the call centre is delivering a customer centric, high quality sales process and the emphasis on sales through service. Very successful business, extremely busy and growing. Fun, vibrant team based environment.
The role: This role involves making outbound sales calls to customers who have just responded to an advert on the radio (XFM, Heart FM), TV or internet / Facebook. You need to establish rapport quickly on each call and build trust so you can take each person through the sales process - which is fully automated which makes your life a lot easier.
The package: £16,000 + Bonus - bonuses are genuinely £500-£800 with top performers earning in excess of £1,000 in bonuses per month. You will sit with someone during your interview who will confirm this!
You: To succeed in this position, you will be an experienced sales person who thrives in a fun, team driven, target orientated environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will enable you to quickly build rapport with customers and you will be motivated by working to a market leading bonus structure. Call centre experience isn't essential for this role - we are interested in speaking to people with sales experience gained from any background.
