The Call Centre Sales Advisors role will involve making outbound calls to the SME Market. Using key skills such as negotiation skills and objection handling, you will explore any issues with the business owner’s current telecoms with the purpose of resolving this by offering our new age technology, our innovative product line and our core services. It is your job as a Sales Advisor to provide an exceptional experience for all clients, be able to build a trusting relationship with them and have the drive to achieve and exceed targets. You will also be a great communicator being able to relate to customers with an understanding and respectful approach.

What you’ll need as a Sales Advisor: To be considered for this role you will possess the following;

  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to develop good working relationships with customers
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Rapport building and controlled objection handling skills are essential
  • Able to assist customers in an empathetic, persuasive and confident telephone manner
  • Strong minded and professional with an ability to negotiate and influence confidently at all levels
  • Direct sales experience is advantageous however we will consider transferable skills from previous roles
  • Excellent customer care skills and customer focused attitude
  • Self-motivated with a positive approach to targets
