My clients are currently seeking a Customer Services Operative / Call Handler for their very busy operation based in Mansfield.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working within a busy environment and have a good confident telephone manner. Some previous experience would be advantageous, however full training would be given.
This is not sales based and will be inbound calls only; however candidates should be able to think on their feet and adapt to changing situations.
We are looking for someone with solid organisational skills and great energy to multitask when needed. A firm grasp of basic computer systems will be essential to be considered.
We are only interested in hearing from candidates looking for full time, permanent work with the prospect of progression.
Candidates MUST have a competent level of Maths, English and an understanding of the 24hr clock due to the nature of the information collated in the role.
This roles requires flexibility concerning work hours due to our client operating 24hrs per day and 7 days per week. Rota is agreed 1 month in advance giving plenty of notice, with some shifts starting as early as 5am and some shifts finishing into the early morning - Contracted hours are 37.5 per week.
