You’ll be tasked with using your key skills to process online and paper-based applications from customers in addition to supporting advisors with their workloads when necessary. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 12-9pm and alternate Fridays 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
Daily duties include:
• Processing business via live phone transactions with clients
• Processing proposal forms received from clients via post
• Effectively communicating with clients and occasionally third parties
• Managing work efficiently and within agreed timescales to achieve business targets
• Building up a competent knowledge of working processes
• Accurately inputting data and information onto systems
• Establish a strong relationship with other departments
