The role will involve responding to high volumes of inbound telephone calls from existing clients and candidates as well as confirming their working hours, answering basic queries, completion of reports and liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues, therefore a polite and professional telephone manner is a must. You will be expected to proactively manage your customer's expectations in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. The suitable candidate will have to demonstrate flexible availability throughout various hours of the night shifts and on the weekends.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* Flexible approach to working on night shifts and weekends only
