Staffline Dudley are looking for call centre staff to work for our client based in West Bromwich. The company carry out the service measurement of domestic (UK) and international postal services. They measure the quality of the service provided by postal operators by tracking test items of mail through delivery networks and reporting on the A to B transit times of those test items.
Working as part of the recruitment team you will be required to make outbound calls to residential and business customers to participate in the surveys. You will be using PC, telephone and headset. You will make outbound calls and update in-house systems and Excel spreadsheets during and between calls. Key Performance Indicators measure call quality and quantity as well as data accuracy.
This is not a sales role.
The working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays.
On-the-job training is provided.
