Call Centre Operations Project Manager - £50,000 + Benefits

Up to £50,000 DOE

Initially a 6 month contract

Marketing Leading Business!!

I'm looking to speak with candidates from either a call centre operations background that have experience planning & executing projects alongside their operational leadership responsibilities or a dedicated project manager with working knowledge of call centre processes

The role:

  • Working closely with the Director of Operations you will deliver a number of projects as the company look to enhance their customer experience and journey
  • Looking at the contact centre metrics and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey
  • Putting together robust project plans
  • Working with the wider business to identify and deliver projects

The Candidate!

  • Demonstrable experience managing projects in a contact centre
  • Confidence and gravitas to network and collaboratively work with key stakeholders across the wider business
  • Extensive knowledge of contact centre operations and processes
  • Analytical project management experience and the ability identify improvements in contact centre metrics
  • Knowledge of agile and lean techniques
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Qualification in Project Management
  • Certificate in Lean or Agile techniques is highly desirable
