Are you an experienced Business Development Executive, Senior Customer Sales Advisor or Contact Centre Agent? Dedicated and enthusiastic but lacking challenge in your current position? If the answer is YES our client are recruiting and they want to hear from you.

Our client are now looking to expand their team through the recruitment of a Call Centre Executive at their head office in Warwick.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining their team as a Call Centre Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business customer leads to pass onto their field team of Area Fleet Sales Managers. Operating as one complete team, you will work closely with the field team and share the joint objective of delivering successful prospect meetings which ultimately result in the growth of vehicle sales. Your daily tasks will involve:

• Generating new customer leads by extensive outbound telephone prospecting.
• Supervising the daily activities of the CCE team in the absence of line management.
• Supported by a very strong and respected vehicle brand with an innovative and exciting product range, you will be required to sell the brand and product benefits to secure a meeting with the respective Area Fleet Sales Manager.

Who are they looking for?

As their ideal Call Centre Executive, you will have experience of business to business prospecting and business development. You will also require:

• Experienced and confident using Microsoft office applications.
• A professional and engaging telephone manner
• A positive and motivated outlook
• Industry knowledge is preferred however not crucial.
• The willingness to develop excellent product knowledge and enthuse about the
• strong attributes of this manufacturers brand will be critical to securing introductions.
